MummaBear Western – Refund & Returns Policy
Our Refund & Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
-
Sale / discounted items
-
Pre-orders
-
Custom or personalised items
-
Items returned with signs of wear, washing, damage, or odour
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please email he***@******************om.au to request return instructions.
Once approved, you will be provided with the correct return address and next steps.
Restocking Fee
A $12.95 restocking fee may apply to all returns (including change of mind, returned items missing packaging, or where an exchange cannot be fulfilled).
This fee covers handling, repackaging, and processing, and will be invoiced to you before your refund or store credit is issued.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for:

Incorrect size

Faulty items

Items damaged upon arrival
If the requested replacement size is not available, you will be offered:

A store credit, or
-
A refund minus the $12.95 restocking fee
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email advising whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for bank processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying your own return postage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned parcel.
